Welcome to ViralToby

ViralToby is an autonomous content creation and publishing platform that uses AI to generate, schedule, and publish social media content across multiple platforms — all on autopilot.

What is ViralToby

ViralToby is an AI-powered social content automation platform that manages the entire content lifecycle for you — from idea to published post. It works across six platforms simultaneously: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, TikTok, and Bluesky. Instead of manually creating content for each channel every day, you define your brand identity once and let the system do the rest.

At the center of ViralToby is Toby, an autonomous AI agent. Toby generates content tailored to your brand voice, learns from real performance data over time, and continuously improves its strategy based on what actually resonates with your audience. Toby is not a simple scheduler — it reasons about topics, hooks, personalities, and visual styles using your Content DNA as its creative blueprint. The more content Toby publishes for you, the better it gets at predicting what will perform well.

What ViralToby Does

At its core, ViralToby handles the entire content lifecycle:

  1. Generate — AI creates original content (reels, carousels, threads) tailored to your brand voice
  2. Review — You approve or reject content in the Pipeline before it goes live
  3. Schedule — Approved content is automatically scheduled for optimal posting times
  4. Publish — Content is published to your connected platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, TikTok, Bluesky)
  5. Learn — Toby analyzes performance and adapts its strategy over time

Pages Overview

Home

The Home page is your central dashboard. It shows high-level performance at a glance:

  • Stat cards — Followers, views, and likes across all your brands.
  • 7-day performance chart — Visualizes your recent trend. Switch between views, followers, likes, and virality score using the metric selector.
  • Brands overview — A summary of your top 3 performing brands with key stats.
  • Toby status indicator — Shows whether Toby is active, idle, or needs attention for each brand.
  • Quick actions — Shortcuts to generate content, add a brand, or schedule posts.
  • Attention items — Highlights pending reviews, today's scheduled posts, and any issues that need your input.

Creation

The Creation page is a step-by-step wizard for generating content on demand. You control content type, brands, format, generation mode, and quantity. It supports 10 formats across 3 content types (Video, Posts, Thread). Use it when you want to create specific content outside of Toby's autonomous schedule, or when you want to run a semi-manual session where you provide the idea and AI handles the rendering.

Pipeline

The Pipeline is your review queue. Every piece of content — whether created by Toby or manually — passes through the Pipeline before it is published. You can approve, reject, or bulk-approve content. Rejected content is not just discarded — it teaches Toby what to avoid. The Pipeline is where you maintain editorial control while letting Toby handle the creative volume.

Calendar

The Calendar page gives you a visual view of your publishing schedule. It shows scheduled and published content across all brands in month and week views (week view is forced on mobile). You can filter by brand, creator, content type, platform, and status. A per-user timezone selector ensures all times display in your local time. The calendar is a read-only planning view — rescheduling individual posts is done through the scheduled content management interface.

Analytics

The Analytics page has four tabs for understanding your performance:

  • Overview — Stat cards, trend chart, platform breakdown, and a per-brand accordion with sparkline charts.
  • Posts — Sortable table of individual post performance with metrics like views, likes, saves, shares, and engagement rate.
  • Answers — AI-generated insights that answer questions like "when should I post?" and "which format performs best?" Requires at least 3 published posts.
  • Audience — Demographics including age distribution, gender split, and top cities and countries. Requires an Instagram Business account with 100+ followers.

Brands

The Brands page is where you create and manage your brands. Each brand has its own social media connections (linked through Zernio), Content DNA (your editorial blueprint for that brand), design preferences, and publishing schedule. You can manage multiple brands from a single account.

Toby

The Toby page is where you configure Toby's autonomous behavior on a per-brand basis. You can enable or disable specific content types, set the autopilot mode, and adjust how aggressively Toby generates content. This is your control panel for the autonomous agent.

Key Concepts

Brands

A Brand is the central unit in ViralToby. Each brand has its own:

  • Social media connections (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Content DNA (editorial blueprint)
  • Design preferences (colors, fonts, layouts)
  • Publishing schedule
  • Performance analytics

You can manage multiple brands from a single account — perfect for agencies or multi-brand creators.

Content DNA

Content DNA is your brand's editorial blueprint. It defines:

  • Personality — How your brand speaks (authoritative, casual, witty, etc.)
  • Topics — What your brand talks about
  • Hooks — How your content grabs attention
  • Title formats — The structural pattern of your titles

Toby uses your Content DNA to generate content that sounds authentically like your brand. Over time, it learns which combinations perform best and adjusts accordingly.

Toby — The AI Agent

Toby is ViralToby's autonomous AI agent. Unlike simple schedulers, Toby:

  • Generates content using an ensemble of 11 cognitive agents
  • Learns from performance using Thompson Sampling (a multi-armed bandit algorithm)
  • Adapts strategy based on what works for YOUR audience
  • Manages content buffer ensuring you always have content ready for the next 7 days
  • Discovers trends through TrendScout, finding new content angles

Toby runs in phases:

  • Bootstrap (first ~100 pieces) — aggressive generation to build data
  • Learning (100-500 pieces) — steady learning from results
  • Optimizing (500+ pieces) — full optimization using learned preferences

Content Formats

ViralToby supports multiple content formats:

FormatDescriptionPlatforms
Content A ReelsText-overlay reels with AI backgrounds and musicInstagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok
Content B ReelsSlideshow reels with Ken Burns motion from AI or real image + textInstagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok
CarouselsMulti-slide image posts (multiple variants)Instagram, Facebook

ThreadsText-only postsThreads, Bluesky

Pipeline & Approval

The Pipeline is your content approval queue. Every piece of generated content goes through:

  1. Queued — Job is waiting for a generation worker (brief, seconds)
  2. Generating — AI is creating the content (text, images, video rendering)
  3. Pending Review — Content is ready for your approval
  4. Approved/Scheduled — You approved it, it's queued for publishing
  5. Published — Live on your platforms

You maintain full control — nothing gets published without your approval.
